NOTEBOOKING

Hey, you know, I think we're on to a good thing with notebooking! :) I've been reading Cindy Rushton's book over the last couple of days and gathered together all the bits and pieces to encourage Rosie to try notebooking. It worked! It's fab!

She decided on a topic (off her own back with no prompting from me!), selected various pictures etc that she wanted to use and then sat down and made this (click for enlargement) -

I was MOST impressed! :) I especially like the way she used real leaves to look like lily-pads!

I just need to get some clear page protectors now for our ringbinder so that she can file her pages away neatly and keep them nice.

Rosie's also been beavering away on some other things today - out in the garden while Tim did some "strimming" of some rather long grass, writing up in her nature notebook about a robin that landed on the handlebars of her bike and playing Mario Golf :)

Finally, my shop "news". Me and Mum is still up and running - I am just about to upload my newest e-book - We Love Lapbooks! which is all about ...erm... labpooking lol! Here's a little sample :)

Hope everyone's having a great weekend!
