APPLE LAPBOOK

We finished the apple lapbook today by doing apple fractions. Unfortunately, we'd run out of real apples to cut up into halves, quarters etc. so we had to improvise with some green playdough!

Anyway, here are the pics of the lapbook. We really enjoyed doing this one - it was one of our favourites I think! :)

The front cover complete with funky multi coloured apple!

Right flap top - Did you Know? apple facts. Right flap bottom - An Apple Tree through the Seasons. Middle Top - parts of an apple. Middle bottom - Apple Fractions. Left flap top - Varieties of apples (Rosie coloured these in as realisticly as possible - apart from the blue cover one that is!). Left flap bottom - What Can you Do with Apples?

The inside section with some of the mini books open.

The bottom middle section. As well as a picture of an apple tree Rosie drew this section also contains the (rather disappointing!) apple pip prediction and (at the top) a booklet of apple sayings.

The bottom middle section with the apple sayings and apple pip prediction books open.
